How Can We Help You?

Recovery is a journey that you cannot take alone.  Together, we share a common solution to a common problem.

Support Meetings

We attend meetings on a regular basis to share our experience, strength and hope, that we may recover, one day at a time

12 Step Programme

We work the 12 step programme with the support and guidance of a sponsor, a recovered addict who has been through the steps.

Helping Others

Addiction blights the lives not only of the addict but their family and friends. We stop being selfish and start helping people.
To stay recovered, we help others recover. To see newcomers get well is the bright spot of our lives.

The thing is ...

Addiction is an illness

Addiction is a threefold illness of mind, body and spirit.

Ask yourself two simple questions;

1. When you drink alcohol or use drugs, do you find it difficult to stop?

2. When you are not drinking or using are you thinking about it?

If you answer yes to both, then you may need support to recover from the progressive illness of addiction, whatever your substance of choice.

CA is not “drug specific”, so even though we are called Cocaine Anonymous, we offer a solution to addiction to any mind altering substance.

Grateful to Be in Recovery

No one likes to admit they are an addict, it is an ugly word with huge social stigma.

The paradox of recovery is that we are grateful recovered addicts, because in recovery we have found freedom from our inner torment.

When we finally admitted to ourselves, and each other that we were suffering from addiction, that was the start  of our recovery.  Everything changed from that moment.

All that is required to make a start is to get honest with yourself, admit that you have a problem and that you need help.   Why not give us a call or come to a meeting, what have you got to lose?
